IMPORTANT UPDATE FROM FAITH LUTHERAN CHURCH ISANTI, MINNESOTA
March 29, 2020
In view of current health safety concerns, we will continue to suspend Wednesday evening and Sunday morning worship services and all ministries and events in our building until further notice. Heavenly Sunshine Preschool has also closed for the school year.
Wednesday evening monologues and Sunday sermons are now available on this website, and copies are available in the church narthex. We will continue to find ways to minister and care for your spiritual needs.
We are grateful for your continued support of Faith and its ministries through your financial giving. Your generosity is important for sustaining Faith’s operations and commitments. Consider bringing your offering to the church office, which will be open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., or send your offering to Faith Lutheran Church, PO Box 87, Isanti, MN 55040.
You can also reach out to one another through phone calls, emails, texts, written notes and video face time. If you would like further notifications by email, please notify the church office.
While we are not meeting together at this time and until we can meet again, be assured God is with us and we remain connected to Jesus from whom nothing in all of creation can separate us.
Sincerely your servants in Christ,
Kathy Smith, Church Council President
John Kerr, Interim Pastor
Sunday Worship 9:30 a.m.
You are invited to Sunday Worship Services at Faith.
Traditional Worship for Old and Young. We worship in a relaxed liturgical style at Faith and do our best to ensure that everyone can easily follow the service. Whether you show up with a wheelchair, a herd of noisy kids, or a bad attitude, there’s a place for you in our worship.
The Lord’s Supper is served on the first and third Sundays of each month, and on major festival days (Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Palm Sunday, Easter, Pentecost).
Children’s Sermons are a weekly feature of worship at Faith, and we work to make our services welcoming experiences for parents and kids alike.
Baptisms are done as requested and can also be done outside of Sunday services. Call Pastor John Kerr at the church office, (763) 444-9201, if you would like to discuss baptism.
God’s greatest gift to us is to gather us around his word, given in preaching, baptism, and the Lord’s Supper. We give thanks that God has continued gathering us in this place, with people we know and with people we don’t know yet.
Please join us for coffee hour following the service at 10:30 am!
We have a staffed nursery available each Sunday for kids (or parents) who might need a break during service.
